She walks alone,
Straight and tall,
So much hope
glitters in her starry eyes
But then again,
You crush her,
bring her back down
to her knees
Her teardrops fall
thick and fast
believe in me
she pleads
But Alas!
you were never taught
the strength of a woman
comes from within
though it may not
show without
This moment will pass
She will get up;
will fly again
but believe
in your daughter
you must!

The stove
Well, ze MBA is done, n I'm chillin out or at least trying to in Goa.. but the heat is out and suddenly our fridge stops workin which translates into a lot more cooking... and voila we have Cerys on kitchen duty...not really one of my favoritest things to do .. but guess have to learn someday ... Maybe my husband will know to cook , maybe he wont.. but i guess yours truly is striving to be the independent woman, which includes slaying her own dragons ( cooking) ... knights you may step away now, dont want you to get that shiny armour all rusted up but thats jus for now.. dont worry ull have ur fair share to do once the vows are said and the children are put to bed.. All this is written wid the assumption that i will get married and that i will also have kids one day ..but i repeat it is only an assumption...something that may or may not pan out in the future!!
